Dr. Dianne Faust

Our Founder

Dr. Dianne Faust is the Founder and President of the Philadelphia Life Enrichment Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the development of PLEC Memory Cafés™ for individuals experiencing dementia and their caregivers.

Her commitment to advancing care for individuals with cognitive impairments extends to her role as an Advisory Board Member at the University of Pennsylvania’s Memory Care Center, where she collaborates with principal investigators Dr. David Wolk, Dr. Jason Karlawish and Dr. Kyra O’Brien on initiatives aimed at improving dementia care and research.

She is married to Attorney William J. Faust, II, and together they have five children.

Mission Statement

PLEC is dedicated to enhancing quality of life by providing comprehensive guidance, education, and resources, focusing on supporting underserved communities, particularly African Americans affected by Alzheimer's and dementia.
